Having constructed a total system from design to molding and assembly, we have realized an efficient production system that is in synch with the production of our customers. Due to the diversity of our product line, besides having introduced a wide variety of innovative assembly systems and machines and other equipment developed in-house, we have also linked numerous personal computers connected to a host computer to the production, production planning and production order processes, which allows us to run production quickly and efficiently.
One of the systems we created is an industry-leading cell production system. Under this "production with a face" system, unlike anything to date, not only do employees perform their duties responsibly and with purpose, but parts are produced simultaneously with the vehicle bodies to which they get assembled and, as a result, no inventries are maintained. An advanced production system is essential to meeting customer demand and satisfying their expectations for reliability. With each employee working foward this goal, we continue to focus on the construction of a production system that harmonizes man and machine.
