The wide range of products produced at the Ichinokura Plant include interior parts such as seats, door trim, sun visors and headliners; exterior parts such as front grilles and bumpers; and seats for industrial machinery. In addition to employing a cell production method that allows for flixibility in meeting demand for shorter delivery times and product diversification within the assembly process, the Ichinokura Plant also utilizes automated machinery developed by our company, in its painting, foam molding and welding processes. Situated on expansive grounds covering approximately 99,000 square meters, this plant is equipped with a variety of facilities, including a crash test area for performing tests on actual vehicles, recycling facilities and a baseball field.
