With "Satisfying customers by providing products and services, that are friendly to both people and the environment" as a quality slogan, our most important task is the construction of a complete quality system. For this reason, we have long been involved in creating a control system for the manufacture of high-quality products. In addition to receiving ISO9001 certification (international standard for quality control) in 1997, and QS9000 certification (standard for common quality systems in the automotive industry) in 2003, we also recieved ISO/TS16949 certification in 2006.
Of course, high quality cannot be achieved simply through the creation of a control system. The system will only work if all employees put their hearts into the manufacture of the products. Through workplace improvement, we ensure that all employees have a thorough understanding of the importance of quality. In addition to ensuring quality through inspections on prototypes during development, we are constantly developing production processes based on the belief that quality is the most important element of manufacturing.
