The Ichinokura Plant produces a wide range of parts for automotive interior and exterior, including door trims and roof trims. The plant has independently developed a system to manufacture large urethane foam blocks along with the foam block cutting machine. It is also responsible for a range of processes, including press processing, cutting, welding, and assembly, with a production environment that can flexibly meet demand for product diversification. In addition, the newly built adjacent plant has introduced an automated assembly line for door modules using the latest large injection-molding machine and robots. This is one of the most advanced production environments in the industry. The plant also houses a testing area with a crash simulator and a development and test wing for resin materials.

The Nitta Plant is equipped with a large-scale upholstery cutting machine for automobile interiors and construction machinery seats, welding machines, and pipe benders.
To verify the mass production feasibility at the development stage, we identify problems and challenges, such as in the assembly of new parts, and the workability of sewing and wrapping upholstery. We solve the problems by working together with the production department.

The Osaka Sales Branch is a base to expand our sales to automakers and industrial machinery manufacturers which have their bases in Western Japan, and to build close relationships with our customers.
This branch also serves as a design branch office. We are able to quickly solve customers’ technical issues.
